How long does it take to start feeling relief?
Our electric hand therapy massager can start to provide relief in as little as 15 minutes a day. Typically minor relief is immediate, with long-term relief becoming evident after repeated use over a period of months.
How do I use the hand massager?
Setting up the massager is super simple. Firstly, turn on the power and select a button size appropriate for the size of your unique palm. Then, set the intensity of the massage, so you get a mix of comfort and effectiveness. As a bonus, select what level of heating you desire to keep your hand warm and relaxed.
Is it strong enough for my hands?
Even if you have tough hands, the level of air compression will be sufficient. The hand therapy massager is powerful enough to suit any hand type. It has three levels of adjustable intensity, so it can be as strong as you want it to be.
Shipping
Where are Massage Appliances' products shipped from?
All Massage Appliances products are shipped via Australia Post from our Sydney warehouse.
When will my order arrive?
We process all orders on the next business day. Typically, orders arrive within 3 to 5 days in Metro areas. It may take up to 7 business days to reach non-metro regions. Express post ensures that your order will be received by the next business day from posting (up to 2 days from placing your order).
How do I check my order status?
After your order is confirmed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation that includes your Australia Post tracking number. You can then track your order status here: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search
Warranty
What warranty is included with my purchase?
Every purchase comes with protections under Australian Consumer Law and Sleep Supplies’ Limited Warranty. If issues arise within one year, or the product is not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair. Please contact us at hello@sleepsupply.com.au if you need to make a claim.
Returns
What is your return policy for change of mind?
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please email us at hello@massageappliances.com.au. Massage Appliances does not offer replacements or refunds if you have simply changed your mind. Massage Appliances may choose to do so at its discretion only.

If approved by Massage Appliances, the customer will be charged a 10% restocking fee on the amount paid. All items returned for refund or exchange are posted at the buyer's expense and are required to be sent by Australia Post with a valid tracking number.
What is your refund policy?
If your product is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please contact us at hello@massageappliances.com.au, and our friendly customer service team will take care of this for you.
